The first 1,000 fans to arrive will receive a free Mizzou pennant.

Mizzou returns to action Thursday, Jan. 23, against Texas A&M. The game will be the Pack the House contest, and we will also honor former Tennessee head coach Pat Summitt in the annual We Back Pat game. The first 1,000 fans to arrive at Mizzou Arena on Thursday will receive a free Mizzou Pennant. Mizzou and Texas A&M have a longer conference history, but the Aggies lead the all time series, 7-13. The last meeting between the two teams was in College Station last season, and the Aggies earned a 77-58 win.

Missouri will head back out on the road to face Mississippi State on Sunday, Jan. 26. The game will air on SportSouth, FS Southwest, FS Midwest and Sun Sports. This will be the second meeting between the two teams. Last season, Mizzou dropped the contest 61-56 in Mizzou Arena.

The Aggies are undefeated in conference play this season, adding wins over highly ranked opponents LSU and South Carolina. Courtney Walker leads the Aggies averaging 13.2 points. Courtney Williams is also averaging more than 10 points per game, while teammate Karla Gilbert leads the team with 7.8 rebounds per game. Walker was most recently named SEC player of the week on Jan. 20 as she led the Aggies to two wins that extended the team’s win streak to eight consecutive games.
