His family moved to Houston when he was a child and he attended Houston Schools. After graduation in 1964, he worked with his father as a carpenter in St. Louis, MO. Billie married Roxanna Williamson on November 11, 1966, with the exception of two years in the army he lived and worked as a carpenter and beef farmer in the Texas county area for 47 years.
Billie took a lot of pride in his carpentry and loved raising cattle. He especially enjoyed being a father and grandfather and will forever be one of the most steadfast men they will know.
He is preceded in death by his parents and an infant son, Michael Ira.
He is survived by his wife Roxanna of their home in Houston, MO, four daughters; Shannon Nunnery of Houston, MO, Jana Loge and husband Jamie of Ava, MO, Amy Russell and husband Jason of Forsyth, MO and Andrea Bilderback of Fort Collins, CO, eight grandchildren, William Forest and Johanna Prairie Nunnery, Bethany, Ben and Bailey Loge, Ellie, Evan and Owen Russell, his two brothers; Marvin Bilderback and wife Brenda and Ronald Bilderback, one sister, Donna Tibbets and husband Lloyd, his mother-in-law, Jessie Williamson, his step-mother, Wilma Mielke, and many other caring extended family members and good friends.
He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
