She was born July 26, 1946, in Johnson City, New York to the late, Leo Kayian and Elizabeth Marie Pickney. Ms. Haight had worked as a clerk for Exxon in Mountain Home. She was a member of the Bar None Cowboy Church near Midway and loved horses, ceramics and fishing. Ms. Haight was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Haight; a daughter, Jennifer Haight and her close friend, Billy Branscum.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Thomas and Svetlana Haight of Mountain Home; a daughter and son-in-law, Jessica and Chris Grothe of Mountain Home and seven grandchildren, Justin, Caitlin, Erik and Allison Haight, Aleksandra “Sasha” Kochurova and C. J. and Madison Grothe, all of Mountain Home.
A graveside memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 16, 2013, at the Fairview Cemetery near Buford with the Rev. Bill Howse officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Conner-Hankins Funeral Home.
