Francis Ollie (Counts) Bland, 77, of Winona, Missouri, passed away February 25, 2013 at Poplar Bluff Regional Hospital. She was born May 23, 1935 to Charlie and Janie (Chronister) Counts at Eminence, Missouri.

Graveside services will be March 1, 2013, 11:00 AM at Mount Zion Cemetery

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Janie Counts; her husband, Roy Bland; her twins, Jerry Lee and Glenna Marie; and her brothers, Harvey and Willie Counts.

She is survived by her children, Leroy, Eugene, Phyllis, Linda, Larry, and Randy; one grandson, Austin “Bub”, who was her pride and joy; three sisters, Mae Honeycutt, Winona, Betty Simpson, Tuscumbia, MO, and Kathy Bettis, Winona; three brothers, Johnny Counts, Montier, MO, Dewey Counts, Winona, and Monroe Counts, Winona; one step-sister, Minnie Mayberry; and one step-nephew, Junior Hamm, who was raised as a brother.

Francis married Roy Bland in 1951 and together they started a family and made a home full of love.

Mom gave her heart to the Lord and stood faithfully to the end. She left love everywhere she went, and was the heart of the home. She leaves her kids with broken hearts and her words, “Stick together, kids.”

Heaven will never welcome a sweeter Mother. So sweet and precious is a Mother’s love, and our little momma was so precious.

She will be sadly missed by all she met and knew.
