Funeral services for June Marie Mahan, 91, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 6, 2014, in the Rose Chapel at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

Mrs. Mahan died at 12:25 a.m., Saturday, December 28, 2013, at West Vue Nursing Center.

She was born November 7, 1922, at San Francisco, California, to Frank William Lang and Marie Leslie Lang. On April 12, 1941, she was married at Olympia, Washington to John Burl Mahan, who preceded her in death on February 27, 1995. She worked as a secretary at a private school for many years and loved her volunteer work, especially at West Vue Nursing Center. Mrs. Mahan was of the Baptist faith and had attended First Baptist Church and Bethel Baptist Church.

She is survived by three sons, John Michael Mahan, wife, Margo, West Plains, Missouri, William Everett Mahan, wife, Judy, Alamosa, Colorado and Stephen Timothy Mahan, wife, Jackie, Chimayo, New Mexico, five grandchildren, Jill Monter, Shane Mahan, Paul Mahan, Pat Mahan and Andrea Mahan-Stephenson; four great-grandchildren, Courtney Monter, Whitney Monter, Mackenzie Mahan and Avery Stephenson; and her very best friend, Gene Halverson.

Her parents and husband precede her in death.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m., Monday at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Oak Lawn Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Online condolences may be expressed at

Funeral services for Troy Paul Henry, Jr., 75, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, December 14, 2013 in the Rose Chapel of the Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

Mr. Henry died 2:25 a.m., Monday, December 9, 2013 in the NHC HealthCare, West Plains.

He was born February 9, 1938 at Mountain View, Missouri to Troy Paul (Pet) Henry and Mabel Carter Henry. Mr. Henry was a veteran having served with the United States Army during the Korean Conflict and was a retired truck driver.

He is survived by three children, Randy Henry, wife, Carla, Rick Henry and Carrie Clark; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one brother, Bob Henry; one sister-in-law, Dora Mae Thompson; and many nieces and nephews.

His parents, one daughter, Connie Haynes, one grandson, Troy Daniel Henry, three brothers, Samuel Henry, Jimmy Thompson and Jesse Thompson and one sister, Delores Ganley, precede him in death.

Mr. Henry will lie in state from 3:00 p.m., Friday, December 13th, until service time at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be at Mt. Zion Cemetery (Poe Hill). Ronald Mabry McCravy, 81, of Mountain View, Missouri departed this life on December 29, 2013 at Mountain View Healthcare, Mountain View, Missouri. He was born July 31, 1932 in Corso, Missouri, the son of Charles Otis and Naomi Belle (Mabry) McCravy.

A Celebration of Life will be held March 15, 2014 at United Methodist Church, Mountain View. Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Yarber Mortuary.

Ron graduated from Mexico High School in Mexico, Missouri in 1950. He then joined the U.S. Air Force in 1951 earning proficiency of Turret System Mechanic for B-26, B-29, and B-50 airplanes. He was a member of the 55th air borne squadron, which received presidential citations for its service. He was honorably discharged in April, 1956.

He was united in marriage to Mary Laveta Adams on December 29, 1956 and to this union two children were born, Ian Keith and Mary Dawn.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Mary, of the home in Mountain View; one son, Ian McCravy of the St. Louis, MO area; one daughter, Dawn Stewart of Mountain View; grandchildren,

Tessa McCravy, R.J. McCravy and Anthea Adam & husband, Paul Joseph Adam and great grandchildren,

Krista Grace Adam and Michael Joseph Adam, all of the St. Louis area.

Ron was employed by McDonnell Douglas in production control until his retirement. He was inducted into the Square Dance Callers Hall of Fame in 2002.

Funeral services for Thomas F. Durham, 73, Bakersfield, Missouri, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 2, 2014 at Full Gospel Church, Bakersfield, Missouri, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

Mr. Durham died at 8:32 p.m., Sunday, December 29, 2013, at his home.

He was born August 27, 1940, at Ott, Arkansas, to Thomas H. Durham and May Marie Taylor Durham. He received his education in the schools of Bakersfield, Missouri and Cash, Arkansas. On December 26, 1959, he was married at Kansas City, Kansas, to Martha Hayes. Mr. Durham was a retired concrete finisher. He loved to fish, deer hunt, sing and play his guitar; he loved his family very much. He enjoyed traveling, camping and spending time with friends and family, especially his grandchildren. Mr. Durham was of the Pentecostal faith and was a member of the Full Gospel Church, Bakersfield, Missouri.

He is survived by his wife, Martha Durham, of the family home; three daughters, Robin Tomlinson (Bob Hoelcher), Springfield, Missouri, Melanie Cole (Tom Yocom), Walnut Grove, Missouri and Wendy Durham, Bakersfield, Missouri; nine grandchildren, Lee Busby, wife, Sarah, Josh Busby, wife, Sandy, Amanda Cooper, husband Rick, Tyler Allen, Megan Smith, husband, Dusty, Landon Tomlinson, Taylor Tomlinson, Zachary Verren, Chantel Reynolds, husband, Brock; eight great-grandchildren, Grace, Ossie and Ricky Cooper, Bethany and Ayrianna Allen, Harley and Jacklynn Smith and Keagan Reynolds; five brothers, J. T. Durham, wife, Faye, South Fork, Missouri, Alvie Durham, wife, Maxine, Liberty, Missouri, Jimmy Durham, Caulfield, Missouri, John Eddy Durham, Kansas City, Missouri and Tilman Durham, wife, Elaine, West Plains, Missouri; one sister, Margie Horton, Cash, Arkansas; many nieces, nephews, cousins; and two very special friends, Loyd Ice and Leo Smith.

His parents, one daughter, Pam Busby, three brothers, Haman Durham, Oscar Durham and Huey Morris Durham and three sisters, Marzie Cropper, Flonnie Faye Durham and Linda Brewer, precede him in death.

Connie Beavers, 65, of Mountain Grove passed away Saturday, Dec. 28 in Springfield.

A memorial service will be Friday, January 3 at 2 PM at Craig-Hurtt Chapel in Mountain Grove.

Wayne R. Conway, 81, of Eminence passed away on Sunday, Dec. 29 in St. Louis.

Evelyn Marie Martin, 75, of Mountain View passed away on Saturday, Dec. 28 in Mountain View.

Rheba (Powell) Treat, age 84 of Williford, Arkansas, passed away Friday evening December 27, 2013 at the Fulton County Hospital in Salem, Arkansas.

A memorial service will be held December 31, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the New Song Baptist Church in Williford, Arkansas. All friends and family are invited to celebrate the life of this wonderful woman. All arrangements are by Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland, Arkansas.

Rheba was a hairdresser for fifty-nine years. She enjoyed bowling, traveling, dancing, the Boston Red Sox, and watching the food network. When she wasn’t working, she could be found spending time with her friends and grandkids.

She is preceded in death by her mother, father, five sisters, two brothers, one grandson and husband, Howard Treat. She is survived by four daughters, Janis Lambert of Revere, MA, Kathy Booth (Jackie) of Williford, AR, Donna Baldridge (Wayne) of Williford, AR, and Robin Hawk (Tony) of Hardy, AR, and one brother, Terry Powell of Williford, AR. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, JoDawn Garlinghouse, Paula Carbone, Tony Booth, Timothy Booth, Brian Booth, Jana Saulnier, C.J. Fortune, Brandi Fortune, Heather Fortune, Holly Hawk, and Caelan Hawk. She is survived by fifteen great-grandchildren, Samantha, Madison, Christopher, Taylor, Archer, Tyler, Whitney, Maddie, Lawson, Haley-Ryan, Matthew, Jake, Maria, Braxton, and Evelyn, several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Albert Bruce Pelaquin, age 61, son of Joseph F. and Barbara Jean (Knapp) Pelaquin was born September 2, 1952 in Sarasota, FL. He passed away December 28, 2013 at Texas County Memorial Hospital, Houston, MO.

Bruce is preceded in death by his parents, a brother, James (Jimmer) Oneal Yaughn and a son, Albert Bruce “Fella” Yaughn, Jr.

He is survived by his children; Brian Yaughn of Orlando, FL, Lindsay Koch and husband, Jon of Raymondville, MO, Leslie Pelaquin of Ft. Myers, FL and Dustin Pelaquin of Raymondville, MO, four grandkids; Dominik Bruce Yaughn, Ava, Eli and Evan Koch, a sister Cheryl Caraotta of Ft. Myers, FL and his best friend Jerry Wooten.

Bruce grew up in Ft. Myers, FL and attended North Ft. Myers High. He was a General Contractor for many years in Ft. Myers, FL, helping to build many homes.

Bruce moved to Raymondville, MO in1999. He loved horseback riding and taking care of his horses. He also enjoyed air boating, hunting, fishing and hanging out at the coffee shop with the boys on Saturdays. His greatest joy was getting to spend time with his grandkids; they brought him many smiles and lots of joy.

He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Doris Maxine (Bonebrake) Spaulding was born in Marion County, Iowa on February 28, 1921 to Clyde Chester and Eva May (Spencer) Bonebrake. She passed away on December 27, 2013 at Mountain View Healthcare, Mountain View, Missouri at the age of 92 years, 10 months.

Visitation will be Sunday December 29, 2013, 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at Yarber Mortuary, with graveside services on Monday December 30, 2013, 11:30 a.m. at Greenlawn Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Chester; sister, Annabel; and son-in-law, James Riegle.

She is survived by her daughter, Marilee Riegle of Mountain View; two grandchildren, Jeff Riegle and Debbie Neal and husband, David, all of Mountain View; three grandchildren, Jessica Thibodeaux of Mountain View, Cody Buckner of Winona, MO and Cory Neal of Mountain View; and one great great grandchild, Natalie Thibodeaux.

Doris was a member of First Baptist Church of Mountain View and a member of the V.F.W. Auxiliary. Her hobbies included crocheting afghans, gardening, canning, baking, and spending time with family. She was very proud of her five generations. She also enjoyed fishing and hunting.

She will be missed by family and friends.
