(West Plains) – A possible increase on electric rates and a number of rezoning requests will be on the agenda Monday evening during the next West Plains City Council meeting Monday evening at 5:30 PM.
Zoning requests include 3 sections of property west of Bill Virdon Blvd. and north of Butler Ave. The council will also approve the city and utility budgets for the next fiscal year before deciding on the utility rates.
The council will also look to approve a funding agreement with Hoover Brothers Farms; seek a MoDOT grant; an agreement between Downtown West Plains Inc. and the city; and an agreement between the city and the Howell County Health Department.
The council will also hear an update from City Administrator Tom Stehn and set the next council meeting date.
