(West Plains) – West Plains Bank and Trust Company are hosting a free luncheon focusing on the services offered for senior citizens and their caregivers on Tuesday June 11 at the West Plains Senior Center.
A lunch of grilled hamburgers and sides will be served from 11:30AM to 12:30PM, with the program beginning at noon.
Speakers will include Mary Mike Taylor with Southern Missouri Home Builders, Vicki Jones with the West Plains Senior Center, Craig King with Habitat for Humanity, and Gay Watson with Ozarks Medical Center. All speakers will speak on the topic of “Aging in Place.”
The event is put on to bring businesses and organizations that provide services to seniors and their caregivers to the same place. During the event seniors and their caregivers will have the opportunity to receive more information on the resources available to them.
