(West Plains) – If you’re thinking about starting a business or wanting to learn more about how to build a strong brand and inspire customer loyalty, satisfaction and retention, the Ozarks Small Business Incubator (OzSBI) will offer two workshops in November the may be able to help.
The OzSBI Professional Workshop, “Starting a Small Business: The First Steps” is being offered on Thursday, November 7, from 1-4PM, and is facilitated by Willis Mushrush, Business Development Specialist with University of Missouri Extension. The workshop will help you learn to assess your strengths and weaknesses as a potential entrepreneur, understand legal and rigid requirements, and identify sources of funding. The deadline to register is Friday, November 1.
The second OzSBI’s Professional Workshop, “Who are You? Building Your Brand” is being offered Thursday, November 14, from 6-9PM. Co-facilitators are Gay Watson and Shandi Brinkman. Ms. Watson is the Senior Executive Director of Marketing, Planning and Public Relations for Ozarks Medical Center. Ms. Brinkman has been the Media Relations Specialist for Ozarks Medical Center since 2008. The deadline to register is Friday, November 8.
Each workshop costs $35 for non-members and $20 for OzSBI members. Registrations received after the deadline will cost an additional $5 for both members and nonmembers.
