(Mountain Home) – The Arkansas Symphony Orchestra (ASO), directed by Philip Mann, will deliver a special holiday performance live at The Sheid on the Arkansas State University-Mountain Home campus at 7 PM on Friday, November 30.

Tickets are on sale now for $35 (plus fees). ASUMH students receive a half price discount ($17.50 plus fees). For tickets, call 870-508-6280, visit or visit The Sheid Box Office located inside The Sheid, 1600 S. College St., Mountain Home. The Sheid Box Office is open from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. Under ASUMH policy, the ASUMH Box Office does not accept cash or check, however debit and credit is accepted.

The November 30 program will feature holiday classics including “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” “Twelve Days of Christmas” and “O Holy Night.” Other musical numbers include “Rocket Sleigh,” “Nutcracker Suite,” “Christmas Eve In My Hometown,” “A Canadian Brass Christmas,” “Christmas Concerts,” “Jingle Bell Fantasie” and “Sleigh Ride.” Diane Kesling, mezzo soprano, will play a major role during the program. A solo dancer will also perform “Pat-A-Pan.” The holiday show will not include an intermission.

ASO celebrates its 47th season in 2012-2013 under the leadership of Music Director Philip Mann. Arkansas Symphony Orchestra is the resident orchestra of Robinson Center Music Hall, and performs more than 30 concerts each year.
