(Alton)- The Oregon County Sheriff’s Office made an Alton resident arrest on Tuesday, April 8, at 5:04PM for ten failures to appear Oregon County warrants.

24-year-old Danny Wilcox of Alton was arrested for failure to appear for: driver/front seat passenger fail to wear properly adjusted/fastened safety belt, failing to display plates on motor vehicle/trailer, for possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana, for as owner or operator, authorized another to operate a motor vehicle without maintain financial responsibility, for driving while revoked/suspended, for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, and for tampering with motor vehicle.

He was also arrested for failure to appear for: burglary of value of property or services is $500 or more but less than $25,000, for fail to register as a sex offender, failure to appear for passing bad check – $500 or more – no account/insufficient funds.

Wilcox is being held in the Oregon County Jail with no bond.
