(West Plains) – The Boys and Girls Club and the entire community are out to break a Guinness Book World Record and get you moving.
The club would like to invite everyone out to Carmichael Field, Thursday, March 27, at 5:30PM to participate in a nationwide attempt to have the most people ever working out to the same 5 Minute workout video. Check out the video by visiting www.BGCLUBWP.com.
With the help of Ozarks Medical Center team members, the workouts you find in the video are sure to get your heart racing. The event will also be a kick off for Fitness in the Parks, a new initiative by the city of West Plains Parks Director, Mike Davis.
The behind the scenes video producer is local Zizzer and MSU-WP current student, Trevor Cressman. Cressman dedicated over 100 hours of time to the project from filming to editing as well as being director on set, coming up with the story line, camera angles and energy throughout the video shoot.
The first 250 participants will receive a free OMC water bottle to stay hydrated during the workout. For more information contact Dakota Crow at 417-204-CLUB or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
