(Willow Springs) – During Monday’s city council meeting in Willow Springs, the board of aldermen heard from Myles Smith of Howell-Oregon Electric Cooperative, who discussed the Environmental Protection Agency’s efforts to curb pollution from coal plants and gave an update on the Cooperative’s efforts to stem the cost of higher utilities.
