(West Plains) – Scott Corman, President and CEO of Community First Banking Company of West Plains has announced several promotions effective January 1, 2014.

Kelly Slayton

Kelly Slayton has been named Chief Operations Officer (COO) and will oversee operations of the entire bank. Kelly has 29 years of banking experience in operations, human resources and marketing. She is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, WI Human Resources School and their Advanced Human Resources program. She has been with Community First since 2006.

Kelly Summers

Kelly Summers was promoted to Branch Operations Manager at the West Plains location. Kelly is a native of Bakersfield and has over 12 years of banking experience in operations with Community First. She has completed numerous bank related courses in operations and ACH.

 

 

Gabriel Chambers

Gabriel Chambers

Gabe Chambers has been promoted to Co-Controller. Gabe is from Dora and has a BS in Accounting from Pensacola Christian College, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from William Woods University and is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He has been with Community First since June, 2012.

 

 

Daniel McKinney

Daniel McKinney

Daniel McKinney and Weston Gant have been designated as Bank Trainees. Daniel is a native of West Plains and has 6 years of bank experience. He has an associate’s degree in General Studies from Missouri State University and has been with Community First for since 2012.

 

 

Weston Gant

Weston Gant

Weston Gant is a native of West Plains and graduated with the class of 2008. He recently graduated from the University of Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in Health Science and a minor in Business Management. He has been with Community First since August, 2013.
